These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Storytrack website and your participation in any early access programme (“Early Access”). By using this site or submitting the early access form, you agree to these Terms.
“Storytrack”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Storytrack service,
operated by Stefan Irava.

1. Who this site is for
This site is intended for people acting on behalf of a business or organisation, particularly in product and engineering roles.
By using the site, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old; and
- you have authority to provide information on behalf of your organisation, where applicable.
2. Early Access and no guarantees
Storytrack is currently in an early access / pre-launch phase.
- Access is not guaranteed. We may decide who to invite into Early Access and when.
- Any access we grant is on a temporary, experimental basis.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw Early Access at any time, for any reason.
The website and any early access version of Storytrack are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not promise that the site or service will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose, especially in high-risk or safety-critical environments.
3. Your responsibilities
When you use the site or any early access version of Storytrack, you agree that you will:
- provide accurate information in the early access form
- not attempt to undermine, attack or bypass the security or integrity of the site or service
- not use the site to upload or share unlawful, offensive or infringing content
- avoid sharing highly sensitive or regulated information unless you are allowed to do so (for example, confidential data that is protected by strict contractual or legal obligations)
You are responsible for:
- the security of your own devices, networks and accounts
- ensuring that any content you choose to share with us can legitimately be shared for the purposes of early access and evaluation
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise:
- the Storytrack name, logo, branding, design, copy and all other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors
- you may view the site and save or print reasonable extracts for your own internal business use
- you may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the site content, branding or early access materials without our prior written permission
If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions about Storytrack, you agree that we may use them freely to improve the product, and we are not obliged to compensate you.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or Early Access; and
- our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site will be limited to £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
6. Third-party services
The Storytrack website may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, analytics tools, form processors or email services). We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those third parties.
Your use of any third-party service will be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Changes to the site and these Terms
We may update or change:
- the website,
- any early access version of Storytrack, and
- these Terms
from time to time.
Changes to the Terms will take effect when they are posted on the website. If you continue to use the site after changes are posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, although we retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where appropriate.
